We'll be serving these on a tasting platter, each wine matched with some tasty goodness from the fantastic Beat Kitchen.

Pinot Gris : Proscuito, melon, rocket and a Pinot Gris vinaigrette

Albarino : Fresh kingfish ceviche with lime, celery, daikon

Viognier : Spiced lamb shoulder, sumac andorange yoghurt on a housemade flatbread
